Managers

With the changes introduced by Legislative Decree 106/2009 to the Consolidated Law (Legislative Decree 81/2008) on workplace safety, the obligation of training for the figure of the manager was introduced for all companies. The course fulfills the training requirement for managers.

Target

Heads of function, service, area, or department, technical or administrative managers, and more generally, all those who hold managerial roles, as defined in Article 2 of Legislative Decree 81/08.

Methodology

The course is entirely delivered online and is structured into guided self-learning pathways consisting of animated slides synchronized with audio and professional voice-over, serving as an interactive multimedia adaptation of an active classroom lesson (Multimedia Lesson). The course also includes Job games, Job aids, and Mind maps.

Instructional materials

Learning assessment

Intermediate exercises (multiple choice, true/false, completion, matching), a Job Game and a Final Test.
