Learning Solution

The beginning

IS-LM Srl is created in 2010 and acquires Dolmen S.r.l., a company specialising in software development and technical assistance on European funding for Public Administration. In 2016, IS-LM merges with Consvifor Srl., specialising in software development and eLearning for the corporate world.

The breaktrough

In 2018 Learning Solution is created, a brand through which the company operates in the Digital Learning private market.

In 2019, the partnership with Blackboard was formed, and in 2020 the collaboration with foreign multinationals was expanded through partnership relationships with Open LMS and Intelliboard.

Present day

Today, our core activities are all about Digital Learning: from management software and LMS platforms to the creation of learning content and consultancy.

We are Moodle™ platform experts and Amazon AWS partners, since not only we create LMS platforms, we also implement cloud computing systems.

The future

Our story speaks for us: although we are recognized and esteemed in our sector, we want to keep growing, and become a beacon in the world of eLearning, with our expertise and the completeness of our offer.

Gianni Pelizzari

CEO

Business partner and administrator of IS-LM since 2010. In 2018 he created the Learning Solution brand to contribute to the process of digital transformation in the field of business, professional and tertiary education.

Luca Milanetto

PA Consultant

Business partner and administrator of IS-LM since 2010. He manages consultancy contracts towards Public Administration thanks to his extensive experience as a labor policy and welfare consultant.

Sara Sini

Digital Learning Manager

Sara is the project manager for all digital learning projects. Her objective is to create comprehensive digital education environments: from platforms to content, and offers specialist consultancy on this field.

Alessandro Ferrarin

AWS & Moodle™ specialist

Alessandro develops and maintains Clowd AWS architecture trough which the client LMS platforms operate.
In addition he designs and creates all functional Moodle™ platform customizations.

Salvatore Nascarella

Instructional Designer

Salvatore is an e-learning expert specializing in gamification, edutainment and content digitization. His approach combines creativity and technical skills to turn complex concepts into engaging, memorable experiences.

Laura Di Vita

eLearning Specialist

Laura uses her extensive knowledge about Moodle™ to set up our clients’ LMS platforms. She realizes advanced graphic and functional customizations that enhance UX and UI for our eLearning environments.

Giulia Battaglia

Giulia oversees the creation of eLearning content and manages learning environments.
During these activities she often supports clients, putting her skills in the digital learning field at their disposal.

Andrea joined the team in 2025 with the aim of contributing to edu-plan’s technological innovation. He works on the evolution of our platforms, introducing new solutions to ensure increasingly modern and high-performing software.

Matteo Fasano

Front-end Developer

Matteo joined the team in 2025 to oversee the web interface and apps for edu-plan, as well as graphic customizations on Moodle. He transforms design into modern, high-performance products, ensuring a smooth experience on every device.

Since 2008, Nicola has developed and enhanced Edu-plan, our management software for higher education, while working closely with Training Agencies and Trade Schools.

Since 2004, Giuseppe has been responsible for translating regional labor and training policies into software programs used by Public Administration to manage processes.

Mauro Piumatti

Mauro works as a Project Manager within projects for public administration. IS-LM, in fact, provides consulting services and software tools for managing labor policies and vocational training.

Andrea has been counseling Public Administration in regards to the use of public resoursces since 2004. He also supports developing, planning, managing and evaluating the operation programmes financing active employement and lifelong learning polices.

Passionate about European and international policies, Nicole provides technical assistance to Public Administration in the management and monitoring of public resources related to labor market policies, education and training, and welfare.

Amy has built her professional path around labour policy, a field she has been passionately involved in for some time. She supports public administrations in the effective use of public resources, providing technical advisory support for planning.
